What future for education?

Really liked and enjoyed the how the course is organized and how the different topics help you shape your own idea about what's the future of education.

Insightful lectures every week, but the assignments' grading criteria is a little too simplistic and does not push students to really think further about the future of education.

Love the vibrant discussion forums as well where i get to learn more about different education cultures from all around the world.

It is a very good opportunity to assist some good experts talks and also share knowledge and experience with tutors and some peers around the world.

I found this course fantastic in terms of course content and with their delivery process.

Highly recommend it for educators and those interested in Education This is a really great course.

This may be more due to my personal interests rather than any fault of the course, however!

I feel like it is slightly more directed at teachers and those who have a career in education, rather than individuals interested in the topic.

The interviews of each week were really well done and the people interviewed are experts in their field.

Need more such courses for teachers and Very well structured, great lecture-videos with experts in their field.

It wasn't exactly swinging from the chandeliers, but It was very thought provoking as a general look at education.

Most informative and thought provoking particularly as I teach across two educational systems.

My only recommendation would be to lose the padlet - it seems trivial compared to the rest of the course functions.

(My only regret is that my execution of the final project flagged a bit, mostly because I was fatigued and had many other obligations around the time of the "Ted Talk" project deadline.)

In my view, it gave all participants plenty of food for thought, while also leaving them plenty of room for their own thinking, expressing their own thoughts and coming to their own conclusions.

I recommend doing this course if you are self-led as a learner and motivated to develop your own thinking, as a lot of your learning falls to you and your responsibilities over your reflective blog.

Covers a lot of topics and is a good start for anyone to learn about current views on education.

Excellent for anyone who is interested in education or is looking at a career or profession in education or just wants to get a bigger & broader picture about education.
