Paul Boselie is Professor in Public Administration & Organization Science at Utrecht University, the Netherlands. His research traverses human resource management, institutionalism, strategic management and industrial relations.

Beatrice van der Heijden is Professor in Strategic Human Resource Management at Radboud University, the Netherlands, and Head of the SHRM Department. Her research and teaching are focused on strategic human resource management, sustainable careers, employability, and aging at work.
