This is the premier casebook on

nonhuman animals is an important factor. Animal law as presented in this

Director of the Anti-Cruelty Division of the Animal Legal Defense Fund
and an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Northwestern School of Law of
Lewis & Clark College. Sonia S. Waisman is a Special Counsel for Luce,
Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP and an Adjunct Professor of Law at the
California Western School of Law. Bruce A. Wagman is a Partner in
Morgenstein and Jubelirer LLP and an Adjunct Professor of Law at
Hastings College of the Law. Scott Beckstead is a practicing attorney.
