DMAIC - Believe it or not but there is a very simple systematic solution for solving problems and it can be taught to pretty much anyone that is willing to learn. The problem solving method taught in this book will change your entire prospective about going after those hard to solve problems within your environment at work and in your personal life. Every problem has a solution and the solution is found by solving the puzzle. Over the past 20 years I have discovered that the major failure most people have when attempting to solve problems is the fact they do not fully understand how to find the starting point.
