The San Geronimo Valley Community Garden Harvest Cookbook

The San Geronimo Valley Community Garden and Liz Lauter

This cookbook was a collaborative project of the members of the SGV Community Garden who contributed recipes, expertise and photographs. The members of the San Geronimo Valley Community Garden have a passion for growing, cooking, eating and healing with food which they hope to share with friends, family and community through this collective cookbook of favorite recipes inspired by what is grown in the garden. Our cookbook project reflects our tastes and areas of expertise and includes recipes for starters, salads, main courses, soups, stews, sauces, dressings, breads, crackers, desserts, and a special section of healing foods and remedies.Profits from of our cookbook directly benefit our Community Garden, which is committed to enhancing the health and well-being of the local Valley community through donations to our local Food Bank and through educational, agricultural, botanical, and nutritional programs in our garden. The San Geronimo Valley Community Garden is located on the San Geronimo Golf Course in San Geronimo, Ca. Visit our www.sgvcommunitygarden.net
