This is a compact and more affordable version of the book, Recipes for Most Normal People. A smaller size, and black and white interior, smaller font size, but all the same great information! The book contains recipes for good food that is fairly easy to prepare using common ingredients. Not gourmet, vegan, vegetarian, low-calorie, low-carb, fat or gluten free, just normal food for normal people. This is the second edition; the first was a much smaller unpublished collection of time tested family favorites I assembled for my daughter. I found myself using it so frequently that I decided to assemble a more complete cookbook with all the things I am likely to cook, not just my everyday favorites. This cookbook is the result, and now I have everything at my fingertips! It’s my hope that this book will be useful to those just beginning as well as experienced cooks in search of new ideas.
