Legal Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a legal department. This may include managing a team of lawyers, paralegals, and other staff. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing legal strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
In addition to managing a legal department, Legal Managers may also be involved in providing legal advice to clients, negotiating contracts, and representing clients in court. They may also be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing discovery.
