Vice Presidents of Security (VPs of Security) are responsible for overseeing the security of their organization’s information systems. They develop and implement security policies and procedures, manage security teams, and ensure that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. As the head of an organization's security program, VPs of Security work with other executives, such as the CEO and CFO, to ensure that the organization's security strategy is aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
