Wind Resource Assessor

Role and Responsibilities
A Wind Resource Assessor is responsible for assessing wind resources and providing accurate insights into their potential for energy generation. Their role involves:
- Conducting wind resource assessments using a range of technologies, including CFD and micro-siting
- Analyzing data from meteorological towers, remote sensing, and other sources to determine wind patterns, velocities, and variability
- Preparing detailed reports on wind resource findings, including maps, graphs, and statistical summaries
- Providing technical advice and guidance to clients on wind farm siting and design
- Conducting due diligence studies for wind energy projects
