Landscape Maintenance Supervisors ensure that their teams apply the proper techniques and follow correct safety protocol while maintaining these spaces for a variety of clients, including businesses, municipalities, homeowners associations, and private residences. They may lead teams of groundskeepers, landscapers, and seasonal staff, delegating tasks, providing training, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.
Skills and Knowledge
