Public Housing Manager
Public Housing Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of public housing developments. They work with tenants, maintenance staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that the properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Public Housing Managers also work with local governments and other agencies to secure funding and resources for their developments.

Most Public Housing Managers have a bachelor's degree in public administration, social work, or a related field. Some employers may prefer candidates with a master's degree.
In addition to formal education, Public Housing Managers typically have several years of experience working in the field of affordable housing. This experience can be gained through work as a housing counselor, property manager, or social worker.
Skills and Knowledge
Public Housing Managers need to have a strong understanding of the laws and regulations that govern public housing. They also need to be able to manage budgets, supervise staff, and work with tenants from diverse backgrounds.
