A Compositing Supervisor is the last and final quality control person before a visual effect is released. They must have a deep understanding of the entire compositing process and closely manage the compositing team. They will often need to re-work projects before sending them back to the creative team and be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Education

Many of these professionals hold an undergraduate degree in 3D art, animation, or a related field, although it is not required. Many jobs may require a related degree for entry into the role while others may not.
