Math Education Policy Analysts are responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating policies that affect math education. They work with educators, policymakers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all students have access to high-quality math education. Math Education Policy Analysts may also conduct research on math education issues and publish their findings in academic journals.

Education and Training

Most Math Education Policy Analysts have a master's or doctoral degree in math education, education policy, or a related field. They may also have a background in math, statistics, or economics. Some Math Education Policy Analysts also have experience working in math education or policy.

Skills and Knowledge
