Educational Background

A bachelor's degree in a field related to business, event management, sports management, or communication is preferred. Many event producers also have experience in the video game industry, either as players, commentators, or content creators.

Skills

Esports event producers must have a strong understanding of the esports industry, including the different games, leagues, and players. They also need to be skilled in event planning and management, including budgeting, venue selection, and vendor management. Additional skills include:
