Beekeepers are responsible for the care and maintenance of honey bee colonies. They ensure that the bees have a healthy environment in which to live and produce honey. Beekeepers also harvest and sell honey and other bee products, such as beeswax and propolis. This career is a great fit for those who are interested in working with animals, the environment, and food production.
