Functional Managers oversee the daily operations and strategic planning of specific business functions such as marketing, finance, human resources, operations, sales, and other areas. They work closely with senior management and other department heads to ensure that the function is operating efficiently and effectively, and that it is aligned with the overall goals of the organization. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the function, as well as develop and implement long-term plans. You will also manage a team of professionals and ensure that they have the resources and support they need to be successful.
