Roles and Responsibilities
Gender equality consultants typically have a background in gender studies, social work, or a related field. They have a deep understanding of the social, economic, and political factors that contribute to gender inequality, as well as the strategies that can be used to address these issues.
In their work, gender equality consultants may:
