Geomatics technicians perform a wide range of tasks in the fields of surveying and mapping, including land surveying, aerial photography, and geographic information systems (GIS). To be successful in this role, you will need to be proficient in math, science, and technology.

Geomatics Software

Geomatics technicians use a variety of software to perform their jobs. This software includes:

  • Surveying software
