Commercial Real Estate Investment Managers are responsible for overseeing the investment and management of commercial real estate portfolios. They work with investors to identify and acquire properties, and then manage those properties to maximize their profitability. This can involve tasks such as leasing space, negotiating contracts, and overseeing repairs and renovations.

Education and Experience

Most Commercial Real Estate Investment Managers have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. They may also have a master's degree in real estate or a related field. In addition to formal education, Commercial Real Estate Investment Managers typically have several years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

This experience can be gained through working as a real estate agent, property manager, or in a related field.
