Legal Technology Specialists are responsible for the implementation and management of legal technology solutions within law firms and corporate legal departments. They work with lawyers and other legal professionals to identify and evaluate new technologies, and to develop and implement solutions that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal operations. Legal Technology Specialists typically have a background in law, technology, or both. They must be able to understand the legal and business needs of their clients, and to translate those needs into technical solutions. Education and Training
There are a number of different ways to become a Legal Technology Specialist. Some people earn a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and then go on to earn a law degree.
