Agricultural Statisticians apply statistical theory, techniques, and methods of analysis to solve agricultural problems, such as improving crop quality or agricultural yields, while ensuring the accuracy of statistical data.

Responsibilities

Agricultural Statisticians are responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on agricultural production, prices, and other factors that affect the agricultural industry
  • Developing and implementing statistical techniques to solve agricultural problems, such as improving crop quality or agricultural yields

Education and Training
