As a Director of Research, you will be responsible for leading and managing research projects, overseeing research teams, and ensuring that research is conducted in a rigorous and ethical manner. You will also be responsible for communicating research findings to a variety of audiences, including academic peers, policymakers, and the general public. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of research methods, data analysis, and scientific writing. You will also need to be able to manage large budgets and teams, and to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Educational Background

Most Directors of Research have a PhD in a relevant field, such as social sciences, public health, or education.
