Prenatal and Postpartum Doula
Prenatal and Postpartum Doulas provide emotional, physical, and informational support to pregnant people and their families before, during, and after birth. They offer guidance on pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum care, as well as practical assistance with tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and childcare. Doulas may work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, birth centers, and private homes. The role of a Doula is to provide support and guidance to families during this important time in their lives.
