Music Teacher K-12 play an integral role in the education of young people. They teach students the fundamentals of music theory, including topics such as rhythm, melody, harmony, and form. They also teach students how to play various musical instruments, such as the piano, guitar, and violin. In addition, they may lead school bands, choirs, and orchestras. Music Teacher K-12 must be able to create and deliver engaging lesson plans, assess students' progress, and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
