Qualifications
Agile transformation consultants typically have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in software development, preferably in an agile environment
- Proven experience in leading and coaching teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
- Certification in agile methodologies, such as the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or the Certified Agile Scrum Master (CASM)
Career Path
