Chinese Instructor
Teaching Chinese as a foreign language to students of all ages and backgrounds is the responsibility of a Chinese Instructor. They may work in a variety of settings, including schools, colleges, universities, and private language institutes. Chinese Instructors develop lesson plans, create teaching materials, and provide instruction in Chinese language, grammar, and culture. Education and Training
A bachelor's degree in Chinese language, linguistics, or a related field is typically required for Chinese Instructors. Some employers may also require a master's degree in Chinese language or a related field, as well as experience teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Chinese Instructors must be proficient in both Chinese and English. They must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
