Esports Academy Coach

Esports Academy Coaches are responsible for developing and managing esports teams at the academy level. They work with young players to help them improve their skills and knowledge of the game, and to prepare them for a career in professional esports. Esports Academy Coaches typically have a strong understanding of the game, as well as experience in coaching or managing teams. They must be able to motivate and inspire players, and to create a positive and supportive environment for them to learn and grow.
