As a Product Developer for Hair Care Products, you'll have the responsibility of overseeing the development of hair care products, sometimes from inception to launch. These products may include shampoos, conditioners, hair treatments, hair masks, and more. As part of your role, you'll be tasked with understanding the needs of consumers and coming up with concepts, ideas, and formulas that meet those needs.
