An Information Technology (IT) Security Manager is responsible for managing and securing the information technology (IT) systems of an organization. This role requires a deep understanding of IT security principles and best practices, as well as the ability to manage and lead a team of IT security professionals. IT Security Managers are responsible for developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures, as well as for monitoring and responding to security threats. They must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, including business leaders, IT staff, and law enforcement, to ensure that the organization's IT systems are secure and compliant with all applicable regulations.
