Sports Law Attorney represents athletes, sports organizations, and other entities in legal matters related to sports. They advise clients on contract negotiations, intellectual property rights, and other legal issues.
Education and Background
Most Sports Law Attorneys have a bachelor's degree in a field such as sports management, business, or law. They then go on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Some Sports Law Attorneys also earn a Master of Laws degree in sports law.
