Climate Data Scientist
Climate Data Science is a multidisciplinary field that combines climatology, statistics, and computer science to analyze and interpret climate data. Climate Data Scientists use their knowledge of climate science, data analysis, and modeling to develop insights that can help governments, businesses, and organizations make informed decisions about climate change.
Education and Training
There are no set educational requirements for becoming a Climate Data Scientist, but most professionals in the field have at least a bachelor's degree in a related field such as climate science, atmospheric science, mathematics, or computer science. Some Climate Data Scientists also have a master's degree or PhD in a related field.
