Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Analysts are responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote ethical and socially responsible business practices. They work with businesses to identify and address environmental, social, and economic issues, and to develop programs that improve the company's impact on society.

Duties

CSR Analysts typically have the following duties:

  • Develop and implement CSR policies and programs
  • Monitor and report on the company's social and environmental performance
  • Engage with stakeholders, including customers, employees, and the community
  • Identify and assess risks and opportunities related to CSR
  • Develop and implement training programs on CSR
  • Advocate for CSR initiatives within the company

Education and Training

CSR Analysts typically have a bachelor's degree in business, environmental studies, or a related field. They may also have a master's degree in CSR or a related discipline. CSR Analysts often have experience in public relations, marketing, or sustainability.
