Visual Effects Artist (VFX Artist)

Visual Effects (VFX) Artists are responsible for creating the visual effects seen in movies, television shows, video games, and other forms of media. VFX Artists use a variety of software and techniques to create realistic and visually stunning effects, from explosions and gunfire to computer-generated characters and environments.

What does a VFX Artist do?

VFX Artists work closely with directors, producers, and other members of the production team to bring the director's vision to life. They may be responsible for creating a wide range of effects, including:

  • Digital makeup and prosthetics

How to become a VFX Artist
