The goal of this course is to help you adapt to your symptoms with more effective behaviors to be more productive with your symptoms.
When I use the term productive, I’m not talking about producing in a manufacturing sense. In this course, productivity refers to proactively choosing and pursuing the experiences that fulfill you. Self-actualization happens when we are managing our responsibilities and making choices that demonstrate our values.
This course is not about changing you. You are already great. Instead, we’ll work with what is already there, diminishing the negative and increasing the positive.
