In this course I’ll lay the groundwork to help you manage your ADHD symptoms simply and effectively, and become more productive in the process. If you are an entrepreneur, artist or student with ADHD, the information in this course will boost your effectiveness.

We’ll explore the three principles of symptom management: awareness, intention and action. I’ll walk you through the process of managing these principles in each area of your life. We’ll cover how to organize your spaces, manage your time with tools like your calendar, and make a plan in a way that reduces stress, identifying your strengths and desires to increase curiosity, excitement and motivation.

The goal of this course is to help you adapt to your symptoms with more effective behaviors to be more productive with your symptoms.

When I use the term productive, I’m not talking about producing in a manufacturing sense. In this course, productivity refers to proactively choosing and pursuing the experiences that fulfill you. Self-actualization happens when we are managing our responsibilities and making choices that demonstrate our values.
