La glande mammaire et sa réponse à l’infection from edX

Des experts de plus de 20 pays ont décidé de travailler ensemble pour créer cette série de 3 MOOCs, destinés aux étudiants aux cycles supérieurs, pour leur présenter les connaissances dont ils ou elles auront besoin pour initier leur programme de recherche. Évidemment, ces MOOCs pourraient aussi être d’un grand intérêt pour des vétérinaires, des enseignants, ou toute autre personne avec un certain bagage scientifique, intéressée par la mammite.

Ce premier MOOC, d'une durée de 15 heures, intitulé : « La glande mammaire et sa réponse à l’infection » couvre les connaissances de base sur l’anatomie et la physiologie de la glande mammaire, la réponse immunitaire, le rôle de la génétique, et la pathophysiologie, ou, si vous préférez, sur les changements se produisant dans le tissu mammaire suite à une infection.

Cette série se poursuivra bientôt avec deux autres MOOCs qui porteront sur les concepts épidémiologiques et les méthodes diagnostiques, ainsi que sur le contrôle de la mammite.

Anatomie et structure de la glande mammaire incluant l'anatomie du trayon;

Phisiologie de la glande mammaire, incluant :

Développement de la glande mammaire précédant la première lactation et précédant les vêlages subséquents;

Activités sécrétoire durant la phase de lactation.

Involution de la glande mammaire au tarissemen

Module 2 : immunologie de la glande mammaire

Immunité humorale et innée chez le bovins;

Immunité locale de la glande mammaire.

Module 3 : Génétique de la vache en tant qu'hôte

Génétique quantitative

Génomique.

Module 4 : Pathophysiologie

Réponse des tissus mammaires suite à une infection intra-mammaire;

Implication des neutrophiles, des protéines plasmatiques, des cytokines et des bactéries dans les lésions tissulaire.
