Psychische problemen ontwikkelen zich vaak tijdens de tienertijd. Maar liefst 1 op de 5 jongeren krijgt hiermee te maken. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je weet hoe je veelvoorkomende psychische problemen kunt herkennen, leert hoe ze ontstaan, hoe je ze kunt voorkomen en wat je kunt doen als je er eenmaal last van hebt. Deze cursus, speciaal voor jongeren, helpt daar bij.
