In this course, you are going to how to progressively design and engage in a specific core training program. These exercises will improve core strength, endurance, stability, proprioception and power. 

This is a 17 week plan divided into four phases.  You will need some different types of modalities such as swiss balls, cables and medicine balls.  Each week you will have sets of core exercises to complete focusing either on stabilization, strength, endurance or power.

During the stabilization phase, the goal is to increase stability, neuromuscular efficiency of the core and improve muscular coordination.  This lesson will go into training specifics for the next four weeks.
