By following the course videos, you will gain knowledge in water confidence, each stroke (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and front crawl) is broken down so you can achieve the required movements and breathing skills step by step. In addition you will learn how to dive and tumble turn in the water; skills that will stay with you forever.

You will have access to in excess of 150 videos helping all learners improve their strength, coordination and flexibility - all key elements in enhancing your swimming performance.

As an extra bonus, there is also over 4 hours of theory sessions for more in depth learning of the swim process.
