According to students, this course offers an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate instructor, Nisarga, who makes complex deep bodywork techniques accessible. Learners appreciate the practical techniques and invaluable hands-on demonstrations, feeling confident to apply skills immediately. While beginners find it a great starting point, some note the pace can be somewhat overwhelming for those without prior knowledge.
