This course will prepare you for the Troubleshooting domain of the CompTIA Cloud+ exam. This includes a review of the different concepts that you should know when troubleshooting a cloud solution or environment.

Are you preparing for the CompTIA Cloud+ certification exam? In this course, CompTIA Cloud+: Troubleshooting, you’ll learn about the concepts covered in Domain 5 of the exam. First, you’ll review the methodology that is commonly used when troubleshooting a cloud-based solution. Next, you’ll learn how to troubleshoot some of the most common security related problems. Next, you’ll review common deployment, networking and connectivity-based issues that are often seen in cloud environments. Next, you’ll move on to cover performance-related issues that are seen and that commonly require action to resolve. Finally, you’ll review some of the common automation and orchestration issues that are seen on cloud-based solutions. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of Cloud troubleshooting needed to operate a successful cloud solution and pass Domain 5 of the CompTIA Cloud+ exam.
