Good, well presented course covering the basics in an easy to understand approach.
Instructor provides material in a concise and easy to understand manner and real world examples are given as well via financial statements.
The instructor's accent wasn't easy to understand in some few points.

Very interesting for starting in finance accounting Great class as an introduction to financial statements!
The course very much helped, I knew some basic stuff but the content has greatly helped me to understand the foundations of the main financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement).

A very good course. I took some accounting classes many years ago and needed a refresh for a new job. The professor has a very good approach to teaching that makes it easy to understand the principles. The quizzes and modules strengthened my understanding. If you're very serious about accounting, I recommend taking the entire specialization. It's worth the time and definitely worth the money.

Professor Urcan is an excellent teacher. This course is perfect if you need to build a strong foundation to accounting. I have taken accounting courses before and very few others make these topics which can be very dry at times so engaging. The only thing I would say is that the professor does have somewhat of a strong accent, so if English is not your first language - it is not mine- it can be a little difficult sometimes. Otherwise a great introduction!
