Fundamentos del Liderazgo con Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women

Examinarás tu propio estilo de liderazgo y los valores fundamentales y suposiciones que influyen en tu forma de liderar. Escucharás a otras líderes de empresa y crearás un Plan de Desarrollo de Liderazgo, además de identificar acciones que te ayudarán a desarrollar tus habilidades de liderazgo. Por último, deberás realizar una Auditoría Cultural, lo que te animará a analizar la cultura de tu empresa. Al final del curso, habrás creado tu Declaración de Visión para describir lo que imaginas para el futuro de tu empresa.
