¿Cómo diferencias el estrés personal, del laboral, del cultural?, ¿Cuál es el impacto que tiene el estrés en el ámbito laboral? En la época que nos toca vivir, una época marcada por una aceleración en los cambios, existen diversos estresores de orden cultural, que nos cuesta reconocer como tales, y que muchas veces se confunden con estresores personales o laborales. Sumando a esto, es importante entender el impacto que tienen en la productividad y efectos físicos y mentales que tiene en las personas. No existe una lista en específico para minimizar el estrés, todo depende del tipo de estresor que esté sufriendo la persona en su área de trabajo o vida personal.
