Citrix Director is meant as a visualization solution for both you the administrator as well as your front-line support. In this final course out of seven, Citrix XenDesktop 7.15 LTSR: Director, you will explore this and more. First, you'll walk through the installation of Citrix Director. Next, you'll perform a bit of tuning to customize it for your needs. Finally, you'll peek into it's dashboards, trending reports, and user-specific instrumentation that'll ensure everyone managing your XenDesktop environment knows what behaviors are occurring. By the end of this course, you'll be armed with the information you need to troubleshoot issues and find the actual issue when users call in to report that "Citrix is slow today".
