Since processing steps will result in the characteristic quality, what are the important procedure for pu-erh tea.
Ripe is misunderstood as "cooked" pu-erh simple, therefore, this lesson will open a msyterious door for you!
Ancient tea tree is abused because it is good generally. Why? Do ancient tea trees equal good quality?
Don't know how to taste pu-erh tea? If you know wine, then you know tea as wel，so easy!
Just like wine, pu-erh tea is definitely the expression of terroir.
Ancient Tea Horse Road that existed a thousand years ago although it was named only in the 1990s. Since its discovery, it catches the world's attraction, brings splendid meaningfulness to teaism, the whole China, even the whole world.
Comparing to other kinds of tea, brewing pu-erh tea is very tricky because there are many kinds of puerh tea with different aging years and origins.
Yunnan is the source of world tea, but it doesn't mean pu-erh tea was invented at that time. Then when pu-erh tea was born exactly?
Most of the foreign people would misunderstand that the whole south area of Yunnan is Xishuangbanna? How about you?
Whenever we talk about pu-erh, it's exciting to talk about the series of Hao brands, Yin labels. Do you know that Qizi bing cha (Sen Son Cake Tea) was named only in the 1970s?
Regarding the legendary teas, there are many more fake ones, we can only list a few of them in this lesson.
In history, pu-erh tea gained its name most possibly because of pu'er city, and pu'er city gained its fame because of pu-erh tea, just like champagne.
Among all the tea mountains, why do we individualize Jingmai Ancient Tea Mountains singly as a lesson（Lesson 19）, why? Because it's the only internationalized tea mountain. First, Jingmai Ancient Tea Mountain is a national key cultural relic protection unit; Second, Jingmai tea is historic tributed tea because of its rich aromas, soft body, sweet taste, and well-balanced flavors. The well-known saying that " Yiwu is the king and Jingmai is the queen" indicates its historical position. Last but most importantly, it's the only tea mountain listed tentatively in UNESCO heritage, and ready to succeed in 2022.
This is the lesson designed for Chinese tea companies and the tea industry on purpose, how to design the packing information based on trustable supply chain, after all, pu-erh tea industry is young and lots to learn ahead.
In late years, Bingdao, Xigui villages catch our eyes, actually, there are many more good tea resources in the whole Lincang area.
