AWS Certified Developer - Associate 2020

In addition to some content being nearly two years old, I feel this course overlaps with the Solutions Architect Exam more than the actual Developer exam does.

This course underplays the knowledge required to pass the Developer exam if you have the Solutions Architect certification.

But, unlike the Solutions Architect exam, it is far from sufficient to pass the Developer exam, in my opinion.

I had already completed the A Cloud Guru - Solutions Architect - Associate course, but decided to take this course as well before committing to the SA exam.

I first passed my Associate Solutions Architect cert and am days away from writing my Associate Developer cert.

This course follows and extends the great 'AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate'.

Besides this, congratulations on providing such an incredible course :) I've taken the three A Cloud Guru courses available through Udemy (Developer, Solutions Architect, and SysOps) and so far I find them all to be very engaging and informative.

Already attained the Solutions Architect Associate.

I just want to say that I took the devops and solutions architect associate course together , and took the exam in 2 consecutive weekends and passed them both on the first try, thanks a lot!

Some of the overlap with solutions architect course is a little bit confusing, but once I understood this I stopped fretting about it and just focused on the developer stuff.

It basically is a copy-and-paste of the Solutions architect course so the lectures are out of order.

I have just passed my Solutions Architect Associate Dec 2018 and hopefully I will pass this Developer Associate exam too before end of year - fingers crossed.

Passed Solution Architect Associate Level.Now going for Developer Associate Felt some areas could be more detailed ...like Ryan does mention about SQS long polling and when it should be done but does not go into detail about how to do it (the name of attribute/parameter) ..

I went through Certified Solution Architect Associate course.

The course contains a brief explanation of the subject matter.

This is a great course for learning about AWS and specifically the "Developer Associate" exam It is good insight and very easy to understand Excellent, contains very important information for AWS study Great Course to focus in on the subject matter needed for the specific exam.

I really appreciate that the subject matter is covered thoroughly.

Instructor is very good and knowledgeable on the subject matter.

Good course good one He has a fantastic speaking voice and comes from a clear place of authority on the subject matter.

I don't feel like I'm being read straight from a Powerpoint or just being given a brief introduction to the subject matter.

THe instructor is very engaging and speaks easily with great knowledge of the subject matter.

My fellow colleagues told me that I have go through lot of white papers in order get certified in any AWS certs.

The course needs to break those white papers down as much as can reasonably be achieved, and I am fine if I have forty extra videos to watch.

You have to study the white papers and take practice tests to be fully ready.

I wish there was more overview of the white papers/FAQ like the SA course, but still comprehensive and enough to pass the exam.

The rest is FAQs and White Papers.

Im in good hands Audio is a bit dodgy at times but rather good course All A Cloud Guru courses are top notch Great good great The instructor is slow in delivering the information and not engaging.

Having more practise tests or scenario based questions would be useful Less info on SAM (Serverless Application Model) which is quite useful needs to be included as there are questions in the exam relating to SAM Course well divided into minute pieces and well covered required topics and I surely recommend take this course.

I passed the exam and I guess that was the intention of the course, I however found some questions in the exam which were very realistic and practical scenario based which the course did no cover.

Please include some question with multi select and scenario based which are getting asked in new exam pattern.

The main reason I found is the course content is not covering all the topics like CloudFormation and there are practical scenario based questions which are irreverent of course content.

It would be helpful to include some harder multiple answer questions such as those found in the exam and more scenario based questions, but all in all completing the course should be more than enough to pass.
