These are the 7 sections in this video course which has an introduction and 95 lessons in total. In the section 6, you are going to learn a lot of vocabulary and very basic grammar, then practice speaking such as translating sentences into Japanese and also answering questions in Japanese. There are some practice of listening and several small tests to check your understanding as well. You can easily study even on your lunch break and improve your Japanese effectively . :)
