This course has 11 Sections where you learn how to play tennis like a pro. It is a course for beginners and intermediary tennis players.

In this course, you discover each step to take on how to play tennis. This course on how to play tennis is for any aspiring tennis player. You will discover easy techniques to master.

It consists of:

  1. Introduction

  2. Forehand: Having the perfect forehand

  3. Backhand: How to hit a backhand in tennis.

  4. Serve: The serve is the first shot of every point you'll play in a tennis match, it can have a major influence on your game. A powerful and consistent serve is a great asset in modern tennis.

  5. Volley: Discover that volley can be a powerful attacking weapon. But how do we learn where and when to use it?

  6. Biomechanics: will be explained in this module, which will demystify this area of sports science and show you how easy it is to apply in your own game

  7. Tennis Movement Training: So the main thing of this module is to show specific functional aspects of physical conditioning that atop template now needs to do.

  8. Pro-Drills: In this module, you will see the drills that are the backbone of the drills that I do with pro players. These players have improved enormously by using these drills and using them effectively.

  9. Olympic Lifting for Tennis:In this Module, we'll look at the early stages of Olympic lifts, and how it transfers into tennis.

  10. 2 x Bonus sections: You will receive a play book with cheat sheets of the course and a special E-book which teacher you how to play tennis faster in only 39 steps

Naturally, when you have learned how to play tennis, you will need Mental toughness as learning how to play tennis is only 20% of the process. Mental toughness is part of the Mindset College Program, which will help you with the 80% mental skills you need to play tennis.
