In this course, you'll learn the fundamental skills required to excel in Data Center support roles. This course explores the skills required to support the initial setup, installation, operation, and troubleshooting of Cisco Data Center devices.

Today, it can be difficult to understand the complexity of the Data Center environment and the complex equipment that makes it up. In this course, CCT Data Center: Service-related Knowledge, you’ll learn to perform many of the tasks required by a new support engineer. First, you’ll explore the typical initial setup tasks required. Next, you’ll discover how to properly install and verify Cisco devices. Finally, you’ll learn how to perform basic operational tasks and troubleshooting. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of Cisco Data Center equipment needed to perform the various tasks of new Data Center technician.
