Very good class :) A well-taught and comprehensive course - definitely recommended for getting a grasp of corporate finance foundations!

Quizzes could have been a bit more challenging but over this was a very good course and i would recommend persons who are interested in finance to take this course.

It is the best course I've taken in Coursera and EDX, it made me want to continue studying because prof. Estrada was very understanding in his financial terms and approaches.I searched for more courses in this matter (financial/business) with IESE but did not find anything else.

Prof. Estrada got the right balance between theory and real-life examples and is a great lecturer.

It has given me a deeper and broader perspective on issues on which I was already numerically proficient such as IRR and NPV, and yet Prof. Estrada does this with a few, simple sentences and examples.

I must thank Prof. Estrada and the IESE team for this outstanding learning experience.

The Prof. Estrada shows a vast knowledge about the financial matters, very enriching course.

Prof. Estrada is an excellent teacher -- dynamic, articulate, engaging, and confident.

He could doubtless make any subject interesting, but the topics he covers in this course have intrinsic appeal for a broad audience; no one will fall asleep during the lectures, which are accompanied by readings from Prof. Estrada's excellent textbooks and short weekly quizzes that put the material into practical context.

Finance is not my strong suit, but he made it easy to follow and understand.

My opinion about this course is very helpful for people who are in the corporate finance field.As a Finance specialization student it has been created practical knowledge.

It explained very clear the fundamentals and principles of finance.Also is free if you do not need a certificate.It does not have very deep explanation of the formulas, so it is only good for people who only want to know and understand the principles.

It is a great course for people who want to learn the basics of Corporate Finance from the point of view of an investor and a company.
